Job summary

PT Multikarya Asia Pasifik Raya in Indonesia is seeking an experienced mud pump technician to perform inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul of mud pumps and related drilling equipment in our Citeureup workshop. The role requires hands-on work, adherence to safety standards, and readiness to support on-site assignments across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or D3 in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of mud pump maintenance and overhaul experience.
• Experience in oil and gas drilling industry preferred.
• Willing to work at Citeureup Workshop and project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and overhaul mud pumps and related drilling equipment in the workshop.
• Repair and replace mud pump components (liners, pistons, valves, fluid end, power end).
• Install, commission, start-up, and test mud pump performance.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Provide technical support and maintenance at project sites as required.

Job description

Perform inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul of mud pumps and related drilling equipment in the workshop.

Conduct repair and replacement of mud pump components, including liners, pistons, valves, fluid end, and power end components.

Perform mud pump installation, commissioning, start-up, and performance testing.

Maintain workshop cleanliness, tools, and equipment in accordance with safety standards.

Provide technical support and perform maintenance activities at project sites as required.

Qualifications :

Minimum SMA/SMK or D3 in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in mud pump maintenance, repair, and overhaul, preferably in the oil and gas drilling industry.

Strong knowledge of mud pump systems, including triplex pumps, fluid end, power end, liners, pistons, valves, and related components.

Experienced in troubleshooting, disassembly, reassembly, and performance testing of mud pumps.

Familiar with workshop maintenance procedures and occupational health and safety standards.

Home base at Citeureup Workshop, with willingness to be assigned to project sites across Indonesia.
