Job summary

PT Hidupbaru Sukses Mandiri is seeking an Operational Supervisor to oversee daily field operations in coal and mineral mining, with emphasis on pumping systems (dewatering/slurry pumps). You will supervise field crews, coordinate installations, relocations, commissioning, monitoring duty points, and ensure safety compliance and JSA, with site placement across Indonesia on a roster.

Candidates should have a D3 in engineering and at least 3 years’ supervisory experience, valid POP, and MS Office

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 education in engineering disciplines (Mining, Mechanical, Civil preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience as Operational Supervisor/Group Leader/Supervisor in coal and mineral mining.
• Valid POP Certificate and willing to be registered as Operational Supervisor by KTT at placement site.
• Able to prepare daily operational reports and operate MS Office/Excel.
• Willing to be placed at HBSM sites throughout Indonesia with roster system.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities in the field to meet targets and K3LH standards.
• Manage installation, relocation, and monitoring of pumping performance, including duty point, discharge capacity, fuel consumption, and energy usage.
• Lead P5M and daily inspections, ensure JSA implementation and work permits, conduct initial hazard and incident investigations and reporting.
• Arrange work distribution, shift schedules, and crew attendance, and develop competency of operators and mechanics in the field.
• Coordinate with PJO and client supervisors regarding work plans and operational constraints.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive maintenance and breakdown handling to maintain unit uptime.
• Prepare daily operational reports, unit/support equipment usage, and consumable usage.

About you

Understand and able to apply SMKP Minerba and good mining engineering practices

Physically healthy and pass Medical Check-Up according to site standards

Willing to be placed at HBSM sites throughout Indonesia with roster system

Operational experience and management of pumping systems (dewatering/slurry pump): installation, relocation, commissioning, and monitoring of duty point and unit performance (preferred)

Valid POM Certificate (preferred)

Basic understanding of pump drivers: genset, electrical panel, VFD/VSD (preferred)
