Job summary

SCUBA FROGGY, a 5-Star PADI Dive Center in Lombok and the Gili Islands, seeks an experienced PADI Instructor to join our international team. The role blends dive instruction, sales, customer service and underwater content creation on tropical Indonesia.

Requirements include PADI MSDT and EFR in active status, minimum 3 years teaching, strong sales ability, and proficiency in underwater photography/videography.

Qualifications

• PADI MSDT and EFR Instructor in active status.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
• Proven sales skills and confidence in promoting diving courses and activities.
• Underwater photography and videography skills to create content for marketing.
• Fluent English plus French, Spanish or Italian.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous working experience in Asia.
• Motorbike licence.

Responsibilities

• Join an international team and combine dive instruction, sales, customer service and underwater content creation.
• Promote diving courses and activities across our market.
• Engage customers and deliver high-quality briefing and instruction.
