Job summary

ZTE Indonesia is seeking a capable Back Office Manager to oversee daily MS Project operations and lead a technical team. You will train staff, coordinate training for customers and subcontractors, and evaluate performance to drive improvements.

You will coordinate with subcontractors on technical evaluation, and maintain configuration and documentation to support project delivery. You will act as the technical interface for customers, communicate solutions, and analyze software/hardware features

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, IT, CS, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, network operation & maintenance, technical support, or related fields.
• Experience in MS/Managed Services projects or telecom O&M projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of telecommunication/network products, software and hardware features, and system configuration management.
• Experience in technical training, subcontractor management, technical evaluation, and customer coordination.
• Strong ability to analyze technical issues and evaluate system/product features.
• Good leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising or coordinating technical teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Able to prepare and analyze technical and operational reports.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is preferred for communication with Chinese management or customer teams.
• Able to work under pressure and coordinate multiple technical activities in a fast-paced MS Project environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Back Office operations and supervise the team to ensure smooth support for the MS Project.
• Provide training and technical support for new products, services, and system features.
• Coordinate and organize all training activities for customers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and participant performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct monthly technical performance evaluations of subcontractor personnel.
• Collect and share maintenance experience, technical knowledge, and best practices with team members.
• Act as the technical interface with customers, supporting technical communication and issue resolution.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on software and hardware features to support project requirements.
• Manage system configuration, including configuration updates, documentation, and change control.
• Monitor Back Office performance, identify operational issues, and drive process improvement.
• Prepare regular technical, training, performance, and operational reports for the MS Project Manager.
• Support the MS PM in technical coordination, project management, and customer communication when required.
