Job summary

Responsibilities

• Reviews professional drawings of HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical and communicates with design unit and subcontractor daily.
• Provides technical clarifications of construction site drawings.
• Guides subcontractors to install HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical equipment on site.
• Tracks subcontractor progress of installation, construction, and debugging of HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical equipment.
• Performs HVAC/MEP/Genset/Electrical debugging and troubleshooting.
• Conducts routine checks, overhaul, and maintenance of HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical equipment during operation and maintenance.
• Responsible for overall management of HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical engineering construction site.
• Organizes construction plans, construction progress, equipment hoisting or construction plans, and supervises implementation.
• Oversees construction of HVAC water cooling and air cooling systems, welding, and HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical processes.
• Maintains and repairs the company’s HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical system equipment; analyzes failures and proposes solutions.
• Responsible for HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical spare parts management.
• Manages ventilation, fresh air and disaster drainage system construction; aligns with local standards.
• Implements projects combining HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical with local standards.

Job description

1. Reviews the professional drawings of HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical and communicates with the design unit and subcontractor on a daily basis.

2. Technical clarification of construction site drawings

3. Guide subcontractors to install HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical equipment on site

4. Track the subcontractor's progress of installation, construction, and debugging of professional HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical equipment.

5. HVAC/MEP/Genset/Electrical Debugging and Troubleshooting

6. Performs routine checks, overhaul, and maintenance of HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical equipment during operation and maintenance.

7. Responsible for the overall management of the HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical engineering construction site; \`

8. Organize the formulation of HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical construction plans, arrange construction progress, special equipment hoisting or construction plans, and supervise the implementation.

9. Responsible for the construction of HVAC water cooling and air cooling systems, and supervise the welding construction process and process of HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical

10. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the company's HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical system equipment, familiar with the principle of HVAC refrigeration, able to find hidden dangers in operation in time, responsible for analyzing the causes of failures in system equipment, proposing solutions, and solving faults to ensure equipment operation

11. Responsible for HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical professional spare parts management

12. Responsible for the construction management and supervision of the ventilation system, fresh air system and disaster drainage system of the project

13. Responsible for the implementation of the HVAC/CDU Liquid Cooling/MEP/Electrical professional project combined with the implementation of local standards

Workbase will be placed at Cibitung/Karawang (West Java)
