Job summary

Tripledot Studios Limited is seeking a Motion Designer to join Ludios, our studio focused on mobile game ads. You will craft high-impact video creatives from concept to final cut, working with gameplay footage, UI assets, and 2D elements to deliver engaging content at scale.

You should have 3+ years in motion design, strong storytelling, and expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro, plus familiarity with Photoshop/Illustrator. We value experimentation and fast iteration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional motion design experience, preferably in gaming or mobile advertising.
• Strong sense of motion, pacing, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient with After Effects and Premiere Pro; familiarity with Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Able to work with gameplay footage, UI assets, and game art to create video creatives.
• Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly based on testing results.

Role Overview

As a Motion Designer, you’ll create high-impact video ads that bring our games to life. You’ll turn creative concepts and gameplay into engaging videos, experiment with different hooks and variations, and work closely with the Creative team to iterate quickly and deliver standout content at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-volume, high-quality video ads for mobile game marketing campaigns.
• Build and iterate video ads from creative concepts, briefs, and gameplay footage.
• Work across gameplay, hooks, UI, motion graphics, transitions, and lightweight animation to create engaging creatives.
• Create multiple creative variations and iterations for testing and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Producer and Lead Creative Producer to develop and improve ideas through execution.
• Adapt existing game assets and work with 2D and Playable teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Balance production speed, creative experimentation, and visual quality while delivering assets within agreed timelines.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Motion Designer, preferably within the game, mobile, or digital advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of motion, composition, pacing, transitions, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro, with familiarity with Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
• Comfortable working with gameplay footage, UI assets, and existing game art to create engaging video creatives.
• Curious about and willing to explore AI tools and new creative workflows to improve the quality and efficiency of production.
• Able to work quickly, manage multiple creative tasks, and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
• Open to feedback and able to iterate and refine creative work based on feedback and testing results.
