Job summary

Danantara Perbankan is seeking a Relationship Manager – Mortgage (KPR) to develop and maintain customer relationships for housing loans in the Jakarta area.

You will prospect, advise on solutions for premium clients, coordinate with developers and agents, and guide applications through approval and disbursement.

Strong English/Mandarin would be an asset; expected to hit sales targets with integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year in sales or RM in mortgage.
• Experience handling high-ticket mortgage > IDR 2 billion per unit.
• Strong network with Tier 1 developers and premium secondary market players in Greater Jakarta.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target- and results-oriented with integrity.

Position Objective

As a Relationship Manager – Mortgage (KPR) in Danantara Perbankan, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships for mortgage products. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and strengthening partnerships with housing developers and property agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers for mortgage products.
• Provide consultation and tailored housing finance solutions to meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property agents, and business partners.
• Prepare and present credit proposals to customers.
• Conduct preliminary creditworthiness analysis before submission to the credit division.
• Ensure completeness of mortgage application documents in line with bank requirements.
• Monitor the credit approval process until disbursement.
• Deliver after sales service and maintain customer loyalty.
• Achieve the company’s mortgage sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) with at least 1 year of experience as a sales developer, sales agent, or Relationship Manager in mortgage.
• Proven experience handling high-ticket mortgage transactions > IDR 2 billion per unit, especially in premium areas.
• Active network with decision makers in Tier 1 developers and premium secondary market players, particularly in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek).
• Strong track record of productive yet prudent mortgage expansion, validated through portfolio and background checks.
• Professional profile and culture aligned with prospective customers, brokers, and business partners to enhance engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target and results oriented.
• High integrity and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Foreign language proficiency (English, Mandarin, and others) is considered an added advantage.
