Job summary

PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika seeks a skilled IT Infrastructure/Modern Workplace professional in Jakarta to implement and optimize Modern Workplace projects for diverse clients.

You will lead deployments, configuration, and testing of M365, Teams, and SharePoint, while providing strong user support and technical guidance. The role emphasizes independent work, teamwork, and continuous learning to ensure high-quality solutions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or Modern Workplace roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Server.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude and strong willingness to grow.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects based on schedules defined by the Team Leader or Project Manager.

• Execute Modern Workspace infrastructure solutions, including: Installation, configuration, and testing of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related technologies based on customer requirements.
• Optimization and troubleshooting of Modern Workplace environments.
• Provide high-quality service and technical support to customers:
  • Resolve technical issues related to Modern Workplace solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end users.
  • Collaborate with team members to support successful solution implementation.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Explore and continuously learn both new and existing technologies to improve solution quality and effectiveness.
