Job summary

PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya, Tbk is seeking a supply chain professional to monitor and process POs/SOs from Modern Trade, ensuring timely and complete fulfillment.

You will coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics and Inventory teams to meet PO requirements and OTIF deliveries. The role also covers handling delivery objections, returns, and NED requirements, plus calculating and reporting service level performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; preferred in SCM, logistics, ops or engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in order management, logistics coordination, or related roles (modern trade exposure preferred).
• Intermediate- to advanced-level Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF statements) for order management and service level monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, receive, and process POs and SOs from Modern Trade customers to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics and Inventory Control to meet PO quantities and SKUs.
• Ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) deliveries to DCs or retail outlets.
• Handle delivery rejections, returns, and NED-related issues in coordination with stakeholders.
• Analyze and report Service Level performance; identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Communicate with Key Account Management, Logistics, Buyers, and Merchandisers to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize impact on service levels.

Job description

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field; preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Management, or Engineering.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Order Management, Logistics Coordination, Supply Chain, or related roles, preferably with exposure to Modern Trade/Modern Market.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Statements, and data analysis for order management and Service Level monitoring.
• Strong understanding of Modern Trade operations and processes, including delivery slot booking, purchase orders (PO), invoicing and delivery documentation, as well as product shelf-life/expired-date requirements.
• Good understanding of order fulfillment and logistics processes, particularly those related to Modern Trade customers.

Responsibilities:

• Order Monitoring & Processing: Monitor, receive, and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) from Modern Trade customers on a regular basis to ensure timely fulfillment and prevent outstanding or expired orders.
• Stock Fulfillment Coordination: Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Logistics, and Inventory Control teams to ensure product availability meets the quantity and SKU requirements stated in each PO.
• Delivery Management (OTIF): Monitor and ensure deliveries are completed On Time and In Full (OTIF) according to agreed schedules, quantities, and requirements to Distribution Centers (DC) or retail outlets.
• Complaint & Return/Reject Management: Handle and resolve operational issues related to delivery rejections, returns, and product-related issues, including NED (Not Expired Date) product requirements, in coordination with relevant internal and external parties.
• Service Level Reconciliation & Analysis: Calculate, analyze, and report Service Level (SL) performance periodically. Identify root causes of service level gaps, such as stockouts, delivery delays, or logistics constraints, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Buyer/Merchandiser Communication: Maintain effective communication and collaboration with Key Account Management, Logistics, Buyers, and Merchandisers from Modern Trade customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
• Operational Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential order fulfillment and delivery issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and minimize service level impact.
