Job summary

• Own multi-platform release operations across Shopee, Seller, Lite, and others.
• Manage platform submissions and policy changes across Apple, Google, Firebase, and partners.
• Oversee platform access, reviews, and revocation for staff.
• Design and maintain automated operation and reporting tools using AI.
• Improve release efficiency with AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain SOPs and knowledge bases.
