Job summary

Sea Labs Indonesia is seeking a Senior Release Operations Engineer to own multi-platform release management for Shopee apps across regions. You will build and maintain automated tools, apply AI/LLMs to triage and reporting, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth releases.

You will manage platform submissions, access security, and drive AI-driven improvements in release quality and efficiency within a fast-growing, region-wide environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in CS or IT-related field.
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across teams and regions.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLM-based coding assistants.
• Good judgment on AI outputs and data security.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-platform release operations across regions and apps.
• Manage platform submissions and compliance (App Store, Google Play, etc.).
• Manage platform access and security, including access reviews and revocation.
• Design, develop and maintain automated operation and reporting tools; apply AI/LLM to automate triage and reporting.
• Identify and replace repetitive manual work with AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain SOPs and knowledge base.
