PetroSea in Indonesia seeks a Training Program Specialist to design and deliver competency-based training for PTP Asset maintenance personnel, focusing on mechanical and Auto-electrical/electronic trades. Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of working experience with operation training as trainer, especially in mining.
• Experienced working with various type and model of heavy equipment simulator.
• Already have TOT/WTAC Certificate.
• Good presentation and leadership skill.
• Willing to travel to all company sites.
• Excellent communication ability with regard to respected politic and culture
• Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide training program and assessment for PTP Asset maintenance personnel to ensure skills meet identified competencies.
• Prepare and review weekly/monthly training reports and submit to Training Superintendent.
• Develop and implement Mechanical and Auto-electrical/electronic Training and Assessment processes with site alignment.
• Assist site Training Coordinators with TNA, site delivery of training, on-job training supervision, and personnel screening.
• Develop and review training modules and assessments to maintain quality for project sites.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and SHE Management System to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
