Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining or Geology Engineering, Industrial Technology, Management Information Systems, Business & Economics, General Management, or other engineering-related fields.
• MBA with operations or business improvement experience is highly preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience, preferably in Mining Consultancy or the Mining Industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage sustainable operational business, process and operational improvement projects to increase competitive advantage.
• Provide problem identification and best-practice solutions within industry standard.
• Manage project deliverables per PMO, Operations Excellence methodology and company standards.
