Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
• At least 2 years of hands-on budgeting, financial statement prep, and consolidation.
• Prior mining industry experience desirable.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP.
• Proficiency with ERP/finance software.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to analyze budget variances and provide recommendations.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate financial statements in IFRS/GAAP.
• Budgeting and forecasting: develop budgets and analyze variances.
• Oversee daily accounting: AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations.
