Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an organised accountant to support daily financial recording, tax compliance, and timely financial reporting. You will maintain ledgers, process invoices, and assist with monthly and annual statements in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in accounting or tax, familiarity with Indonesian tax rules, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven 1–3 years in accounting and tax functions, ideally in manufacturing/commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, corporate income tax, monthly reporting).
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of the accounting cycle and financial statement preparation.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
• Good communication in Indonesian and English with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and payroll processing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledger accounts with accuracy.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, cash accounts, and subsidiary ledgers monthly.
• Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payment schedules.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage tax compliance: calculation, recording, and filing of VAT, CIT, and other payments.
• Maintain tax documents and ensure adherence to Indonesian regulations.
• Coordinate with tax consultants or authorities as needed.
• Conduct account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation.
• Assist with audit procedures and provide documents to auditors.
• Maintain organized financial records per policy and regulatory requirements.
