Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our footprint in the Mining and Data Center markets. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with project owners, developers, and EPC contractors, and convert opportunities into signed projects.

You will manage the sales pipeline, conduct market research, prepare proposals, and collaborate with Tender, Engineering, Estimating and Project teams to win business and deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in BD, Sales or KAM.
• Experience in Mining, Data Center, EPC, MEP, Construction, Industrial or Infra.
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients.
• Strong network with project owners, developers, consultants, EPC contractors or industrial clients.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Mining and Data Center sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with project owners, developers, consultants, EPC contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the sales pipeline to achieve targets.
• Identify upcoming projects through market research and industry connections.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with Tender, Engineering, Estimating and Project teams to prepare competitive proposals.
• Follow up on opportunities from initial contact through tender and contract finalization.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential projects.
• Prepare regular business development reports and sales forecasts.
