Job summary

PT Mineral Alam Abadi (Mineral Alam Abadi Group) is seeking a Mine Operations Supervisor to safeguard health and welfare while coordinating with the MPE team on short- and long-term plans. You will implement mining service plans, ensure unit efficiency, interpret mining maps, and apply knowledge of nickel mining processes, including cut and fill, with a 10:2 roster on-site.

Strong leadership, teamwork, and map-reading skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mining operations.
• Honest, assertive, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Forward-thinking with strong initiative and vision.
• Good understanding of mining administrative processes.
• Strong leadership and teamwork communication skills.
• Technical competence, including map reading and field application.
• Knowledge of nickel mining processes, including cut and fill methods.

Responsibilities

Job Requirement :
