Job Role
The Mining Project Manager – Nickel Operations is responsible for leading end-to-end mining project execution, with a strong focus on greenfield development, mine infrastructure construction, and production optimization. This role oversees the transition from early-stage land development and infrastructure setup into fully operational mining production while ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and compliant with operational and safety standards.
The position requires a highly hands‑on operational leader with strong mining contractor exposure, capable of managing fleet optimization, contractor coordination, production performance, and site development simultaneously. The role combines strategic project leadership with direct operational involvement across infrastructure, pit development, and mining production activities.
