Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Product Sales Manager for Mill Fiber to lead sales growth in the fiber line segment. You will promote products, visit customers, and prepare technical quotations to meet revenue targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of Pulp & Paper experience, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with incoterms and ERP systems. Strong independence and teamwork are essential in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Pulp & Paper, especially Fiber line.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to identify prospective customers.
• Understanding of incoterms and commercial terms.
• Proficiency with SAP/BAAN/CRM or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the organization's products and services; provide technical sales support.
• Work independently to complete assignments, promoting and selling products and services.
• Pursue sales leads, visit existing and new customers to meet targets.
• Create technical quotations, negotiate prices and delivery times within authority; close sales orders.
• Assess customer needs and propose solutions with appropriate products and services.
• Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build relationships for future sales.
