ARKANANTA VENNOOTSCHAP in Jakarta seeks a qualified lawyer to ensure the legality of commercial transactions and advise clients and partners on rights and duties. You will gather information for cases, assist in forming arguments, and report progress to partners.

You will also help complete court and administrative paperwork and facilitate communication between clients and other parties to find ground for mutual agreement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a reputable law firm or multinational company.
• Expertise in general corporate matters, commercial transaction, and deep understanding of corporate law.
• Advanced fluency in English verbal and written.
• Bachelor in law, from reputable university with excellent academic record.
• Hold advocate license.
• Able to work in a team and individual with minimal supervision.
• Self initiative and good communication.
• High analytical & conceptual thinking, creative & innovative.
