Job summary

Anggraeni and Partners, a dispute resolution firm in South Jakarta, seeks a Middle Associate with experience in corporate, energy, maritime law, and/or transaction support. You will advise clients, draft and negotiate contracts, and support cross-border and regulatory matters.

The role requires fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, at least four years of experience, a PERADI advocate license, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with partners under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in corporate, energy, shipping, or maritime law (other fields welcomed).
• Obtained an advocate license from PERADI.
• Strong legal drafting, research, problem-solving, and advocacy skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to manage matters independently while working with partners under tight deadlines.

We are looking for a Middle Associate with experience in either corporate, energy, maritime law, and/or transaction support.

• Advise clients on corporate, commercial, energy, and/or maritime law matters;
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents;
• Support transactions, regulatory compliance, and project-related matters;
• Conduct legal research and provide practical legal solutions;
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders.
