Mid Fullstack Developer
Propose the architecture, make the design calls, then see them run in production.
Discipline Fullstack Development
Division Engineering Division
Type Full-Time
Experience 3 to 5 years
About the role
We are looking for a Mid Fullstack Developer to take real ownership across our engineering stack, from proposing architecture and design decisions through to debugging issues in live production environments. This is not a role that only implements what is specified. You will weigh trade-offs, propose solutions, and help decide how our systems are built.
In practice, that means working end to end across our React and Next.js front end, our Node.js, Fastify, and Go services, and the cloud environments we deploy to, while reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, and working directly with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements.

About the company
PT Noxus Ideata Prima builds enterprise application software for multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises, and Indonesian government institutions.
Our engineering work spans a modern polyglot stack, including event-driven systems and long-running workflows. Our clients operate under real regulatory scrutiny, so quality is not something we check at the end. It is a discipline we apply at every stage of delivery.
Why you will want to join
01 Real ownership
You propose the architecture and make the design calls, then see them run in production. This is not a ticket queue.
02 A stack worth learning on
React and Next.js, Node.js, Fastify and Go, event-driven systems, and real cloud deployments, all on enterprise systems that people depend on every day.
03 Room to grow into a lead
You will review code, mentor juniors, and talk to clients directly, which is exactly the ground a senior or lead engineer is built on.
What you will do
- Translate design specifications and business workflows into readable, maintainable, and well-architected code.
- Investigate, design, test, apply, and evaluate new or existing technologies, and recommend improvements to the team.
- Write and modify code that is scalable, performant, resilient, and well-documented, while helping enforce coding standards across the team.
- Maintain and upgrade existing systems, ensuring proper training and documentation are provided to users.
- Deploy and manage test and development environments, ensuring consistency and identifying discrepancies before they reach production.
- Report on weekly tasks and progress using project management tools such as JIRA, Airtable, ClickUp, Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Trello, and Bitbucket.
- Own documentation efforts, including technical installation guides, administration manuals, code usage references, application configuration guides, and training materials.
- Contribute to improving team processes, tooling, or documentation standards.
- Lead discussions on engineering issues and trade-offs, contributing sound technical judgment to the team.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and clients, and provide guidance to junior developers when needed.
What we look for
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Technical skills
- Proven experience in front-end development using JavaScript and TypeScript, with strong proficiency in React and Next.js (knowledge of Vue.js, Astro, or Svelte is a plus).
- Proven experience in back-end development using Node.js, Fastify, and Go (knowledge of Java/Spring Boot is a plus).
- Practical experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments, particularly AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, and Vercel.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, such as SQL Server, SingleStore, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, CouchDB, Cassandra, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, and Redis, including schema design and query optimization.
- Solid experience with unit testing, security remediation, and non-functional testing.
- Working knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, orchestration, and containerization.
- Practical experience with test-driven development (TDD) and applying security concepts for prevention and detection.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing using Jest, Playwright, TestNG, and/or Cypress.
- Comfortable working in Linux environments (Ubuntu/RedHat).
Process and tools
- Experienced in Agile workflows and tools such as JIRA, Airtable, ClickUp, Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Trello, and Bitbucket, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and software craftsmanship.
The habits that matter here
Skills we can check on a CV. These are the ones we ask about in the interview.
- 01 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 02 Ownership over architecture and design decisions, not just implementing specs, but proposing solutions and weighing trade-offs.
- 03 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, only escalating genuinely complex or ambiguous problems.
- 04 Code review responsibility, reviewing peers' or juniors' code, not just having their own review.
- 06 Estimation and scoping skills, able to break down features and give realistic time and effort estimates.
- 07 Production ownership, comfortable debugging and troubleshooting issues in live environments, not just dev and test.
- 08 Cross-functional communication, direct interaction with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements, not just receiving fully-defined tasks.
