Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Administrators to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. This contract role is remote, with emphasis on evaluating real-world SaaS operations and resolving data inconsistencies.

You will create operational prompts and documentation, review data across CRM platforms, and assess how CRM changes impact billing, CPQ, and related tools. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
