Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator for a remote contract focused on Revenue Systems. You will audit, reconcile, and optimize CRM and revenue platforms, documenting changes and governance.

Strong CRM expertise across Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics is required, with 4–6 years hands-on experience and SaaS background. The role emphasizes data integrity, cross-system reconciliation, and clear operational prompts.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
