Seven Retail is seeking a Content Creator Associate (Meta Ads) for its Education Unit in Jakarta. You will craft strategic, conversion-focused Meta Ads concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creatives that drive leads and conversions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in content creation or related digital advertising roles, with a portfolio demonstrating measurable campaign results and the ability to optimize content using CTR, CPL, Hook Rate, and Conversion

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Content Creation, Creative Strategy, or related digital advertising roles.
Proven experience with high-performing Meta Ads content, with a portfolio of campaigns.
Strong ability to optimize content using metrics such as CTR, CPL, Hook Rate, and Conversion Rate.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic, conversion-focused creative concepts for Meta Ads that support lead generation and marketing objectives.
Conduct audience, market, and competitor research to create relevant, insight-driven content.
Write compelling ad scripts, hooks, messaging, and calls-to-action for direct-response campaigns.
Collaborate with videographers, editors, designers, and Performance Marketing teams to produce assets from concept to execution.
Direct on-screen talents during production and review assets to ensure alignment with goals, brand standards, and quality.
