Job summary

J&T Express in North Jakarta is seeking a talented Content Creator to develop compelling content that drives sales and engagement across social platforms. You will craft high-converting sales copy, brainstorm campaign ideas, and collaborate with marketing and ads teams to align content with campaign goals. On-camera presentation is a plus.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in a sales-driven content role, with a proactive, trend-aware mindset.

• Monitor content performance and optimize based on engagement and conversion metrics.
• Location: Pluit, North Jakarta. Willing to do on-site interview.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 2 year of experience as a Content Creator, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
• Strong copywriting skills with a proven ability to create persuasive, conversion-focused content.
• Solid understanding of hard selling and soft selling strategies across social media platforms.
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera is a strong advantage.
• Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and strong awareness of current social media trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
