Job summary

RoviSys seeks an MES Functional Analyst / Technical Project Manager to define business requirements and lead MES delivery from requirements through go-live. The role blends functional analysis with hands-on technical project management in a hybrid setup.

You will own timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure MES implementations meet both functional and technical objectives. Excellent communication with clients and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on technical experience as developer/engineer.
• Exposure to manufacturing environments and multiple industries is an advantage.
• Strong MES understanding and ability to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork.
• Strong communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or traditional project-management methodology.
• Lean/Six Sigma or continuous-improvement exposure is a plus.
• Written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business needs and analyze impact of changes.
• Architect MES solutions to address business problems.
• Plan and manage MES project execution from kickoff to go-live.
• Develop and maintain MES knowledgebase and environments.
• Develop training plans and provide user training.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional IT/engineering/production teams.
• Develop test cases and perform functional testing.
• Work with IT and MES teams to configure and customize MES.
• Monitor MES performance post-implementation to drive efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
• Prepare detailed project status reports for senior management.
