Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a Merchant Success Executive to grow our network of SMEs by promoting and installing EDC machines. You will drive sales, acquire new merchants, and nurture ongoing relationships to ensure seamless payment solutions.

You will visit merchants using your own motorcycle, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings. A proven sales background and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Own motorcycle and SIM C license required.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing.
• Proven track record in cigarette sales, order-taking, internet, or oil sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Able to meet sales targets and drive revenue.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with merchants.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to expand the installation of EDC machines among SMEs, increasing market penetration
• Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and secure deals, ensuring growth in revenue
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by the company to contribute to overall business objectives
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines to ensure satisfaction and continued usage
• Provide exceptional service and support to merchants, facilitating smooth operations and addressing any concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and improve product offerings
• Document and report sales activities and market feedback to help refine sales strategies and approaches
