Job summary

BukuWarung in Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Executive to expand our merchant network and drive merchant acquisition for our payment solutions. You will work to identify opportunities in the local market and collaborate with the team to grow our presence.

You will travel regionally to strengthen merchant relationships, manage a robust merchant network, and ensure smooth integration of QRIS, EDC, and POS systems with BukuWarung’s offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments/fintech, FMCG, telecom, or banking addressing merchant acquisition challenges.
• Understanding of QRIS, EDC, or POS systems is preferred to facilitate merchant transactions.
• Proven ability to drive regional growth through local market merchant acquisition.
• Willingness to travel and conduct routine field visits to strengthen merchant relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchant acquisition efforts to expand BukuWarung’s market presence in the region.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure smooth integration of payment solutions for merchants.
• Conduct regular field visits to build and sustain relationships with existing and potential merchants.
• Utilize network and industry knowledge to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to merchants to enhance their experience with BukuWarung’s solutions.

Skills & Qualification

Minimum of 5 years of experience in payment, fintech, FMCG, telecommunications, or banking sectors addressing merchant acquisition challenges Understanding of QRIS, EDC, or POS systems preferred for facilitating merchant transactions Proven expertise in local market merchant acquisition to drive regional growth Willingness to travel and conduct routine field visits to strengthen merchant relationships Strong merchant network and database to enhance acquisition efforts Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with merchants ensuring high satisfaction and retention Hardworking attitude and high dedication for achieving company goals
