Job summary

Magada & Co is hiring in Samarinda for a Sales Associate tasked with bringing in new merchants, presenting promo packages, and expanding product offerings to partners. You will also work to sustain merchant productivity after joining, leveraging local networks and data insights.

Applicants should have a D3/S1 degree and at least 1 year in sales, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and excellent communication. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year experience in a sales role, preferably merchant partner acquisition.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets; able to use VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivots.
• Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
• Willing to live in Samarinda and join ASAP.
• D3/S1 graduate from any major.

Requirements

• - D3/S1 Graduate from any major

• - Good Negotiation skills; could communicate with influence and proven experiencein networking
• - Agile toward changes and is a fast learner
• - Lives in the same city, could join asap
