Job summary

PT. MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA is seeking a proactive sales professional to recruit new merchants nationwide, present promotional packages, and introduce new products to partners.

The candidate should hold a D3/S1 degree with at least 1 year in sales, be proficient in Excel, and possess strong negotiation and networking skills. Local candidate in Samarinda ready to join ASAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level education (D3/S1) in any major.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in merchant partner acquisition.
• Proficient with Excel; able to use vlookup, pivot, and related functions.
• Strong negotiation and networking skills; able to influence others.
• Able to adapt quickly to changes and learn fast.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new merchants to join the program.
• Offer promo packages to merchants.
• Promote new products to potential merchants and expand merchant base.
• Maintain merchant productivity after joining the program.

Requirements

• D3/S1 Graduate from any major
• Min. 1 year experience in sales role, preferably in merchant partner acquisition
• Familiar with working with Office / Google Suite i.e., Word Doc, Excel, Presentation. Proficient in working with Excel, compiling and operating data in spreadsheet; familiar in using vlookup, hlookup, logical function, pivot, etc.
• Good Negotiation skills; could communicate with influence and proven experience in networking
• Agile toward changes and is a fast learner
• Lives in the same city, could join asap
