Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking a skilled professional for product demand planning and stock management at our Jakarta location. You will forecast sell-through and set targets for buying and selling products in line with brand strategies.

The role requires retail industry experience, strong English skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel and be placed at Landmark Pluit is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from any major.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
Coming from the retail industry.
Active in English is a must.

Responsibilities

Manage product with demand planning and ensure sell-through forecasts.
Provide and fulfill targets for buying and selling products as per the brand.
Maintain product category profit within the set target.
Ensure execution of programs to push sales achievement.
Coordinate with principals regarding program implementation to drive sales.
Understand market via sales insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
Request budget support from vendor for required programs and activities.
Control and maintain a good stock management system.
Maintain ideal Days of Stock (DOS).
Plan to reduce aging stocks and DOA/damaged units.
