Job summary

The role focuses on maximizing gross profit, maintaining stock health by reducing aging and write-offs, and collaborating with marketing, sales, finance, accounting, warehouse, logistics, and CRM to craft programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any major.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role (category manager, buyer, planner, product manager, etc.).
• Good communication in English.
• Strong Excel skills (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot).
• Able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skills.
• Agile mindset to keep up with a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willing to travel and be placed in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Managing Product from develop the product until selling based on Demand Planning (tactical promotion and selling forecast).
• Managing Product Gross Profit to maximize return on investment.
• Maintain DOS & Aging Stock at at most effective level & keep low for aging stock by selling to third party.
• Creating program and marketing strategy with marketing team, sales, finance, accounting, warehouse, logistic, CRM and others.
