Job summary

Role Description The Senior Merchandiser is a full-time, on-site role based in Bogor, responsible for managing end-to-end merchandising activities for key apparel accounts. The role involves coordinating with buyers and internal teams on product development, pricing, sampling, and order confirmations, ensuring specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met. The Senior Merchandiser will monitor production progress, resolve issues in collaboration with factory and quality teams, and maintain accurate documentation and reports. This role also includes analyzing market and customer trends, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and driving continuous improvement in merchandising processes to meet customer expectations and business targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage daily interactions with buyers, internal teams, and suppliers.
• Sales and Marketing capabilities to support account growth, product positioning, and negotiation of orders and terms.
• Retail and apparel industry knowledge to understand product categories, consumer trends, and merchandising best practices.
• Experience in apparel merchandising, preferably in export-oriented garment manufacturing, with a solid understanding of the full production cycle.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using office and merchandising-related software (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP systems) and maintaining accurate data and reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting quality and delivery standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textile/Apparel, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with international and local stakeholders.
