PT FCL Internasional Indonesia is seeking a field-based Merchandiser to execute in-store programs across assigned routes in Jakarta Barat. You will ensure displays and stock, report on promotions, and coordinate with store staff while providing market insights.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is expected, with strong communication and the ability to work independently. The role requires field travel and adherence to planned routes, focusing on modern trade, FMCG, and brand visibility.

Competenze

• Experience in Modern Trade, FMCG, beauty, retail, or merchandising.
• Familiar with store execution, merchandising, promotions, and basic PO or sales reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including SUMIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Mansioni

• Conduct store visits according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Ensure product displays, planograms, facing, POSM, and brand visibility meet company standards.
• Monitor stock availability, OOS, low stock, and priority SKUs.
• Document store conditions, displays, promotions, and stock through photo reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
• Coordinate with store personnel regarding display, stock, and promotional execution.
• Report store issues and execution gaps to the KAE or Team Leader for follow-up.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on store visits, stock, display, and promotional activities.
