Job summary

PT Berca Mandiri Perkasa (BMP) is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor for MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing). You will assess budget, prepare quantity takeoffs, and manage monthly payment certificates across HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in an MEP contracting environment, and is proficient in project management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an MEP contracting environment as Quantity Surveyor MEP.
• Proficient with project management software and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor budget regularly with respect to orders issued, payments made, etc.
• Prepare bill of quantity system wise, building wise, etc.
• Preparation & submission of monthly payment certificates for MEP services.
• Quantity take-off for all MEP items: HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical.
• Good understanding of MEP drawings, systems, items, etc.
