Job summary

Pt Senayan Trikarya Sempana is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join its project team in Tangerang. This role oversees the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specs, codes, and safety standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering and 5+ years of MEP experience in construction are required, along with proficiency in AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Engineer in construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and international MEP standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret MEP designs, blueprints, and specifications.
• Supervise installation and commissioning of MEP systems on sites.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and project managers to resolve issues.
• Conduct inspections and quality control of MEP installations.
• Troubleshoot MEP system malfunctions and deficiencies.
