Job summary

PT. Global Jet Express (J&T Express) is seeking a qualified Drafter to support gateway construction projects from initiation through closing, ensuring smooth progression and quality control.

The role requires reviewing MEP drawings, verifying design compatibility with operational needs, preparing BoQ calculations, and coordinating with contractors. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape is preferred; Mandarin skills are a plus. Willingness to travel and work overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience as a Drafter is advantageous.
• Willing to travel for business trips and work overtime when required.
• Able to prepare and calculate Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; Enscape is a plus.
• Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle gateway construction projects from initiation to closing.
• Quality control on ongoing projects and ensure smooth progress.
• Coordinate with contractors regarding project progress.
• Check MEP drawings to ensure compatibility with operations.
• Verify MEP installations meet design and requirements.
• Monitor testing and commissioning for MEP installations.
• Supervise projects to align with design and schedule.
• Provide quick, efficient solutions when issues arise.
• Manage administrative and field flow if delays occur.
• Check Renovation and Construction BAST documents.
