PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Jakarta requires a detail-oriented CAD Drawer to support ongoing construction projects. You will prepare, revise, and manage technical drawings for MEP and civil/structural works, ensuring alignment with engineering designs, BIM models, and site conditions.

Formación

• Minimum SMK/SMA or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, or related field.
• 2–3 years of CAD drafting or technical drawing experience in construction/MEP projects.
• Hands-on experience preparing MEP and civil/structural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Experience managing drawing revisions, registers, version control, and distribution.
• Familiarity with coordinating drawing updates with engineering, BIM, and site teams.
• Strong AutoCAD proficiency (layers, blocks, layouts, plotting).
• Understanding of MEP systems and civil/structural drawings and installation details.
• Proficiency in Excel for drawing registers; BIM workflows a plus.
• Attention to detail, organization, and patience with revisions.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic to intermediate English for business coordination.
• Reading Chinese drawings is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare MEP and civil/structural floor plans, sections, system schematics, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop shop drawings for openings, embedded components, sleeve positions, supports, and hanger layouts for accurate on-site installation.
• Revise drawings based on design changes and site conditions while maintaining revision history.
• Maintain drawing registers with numbers, revisions, dates, and distribution records for traceability.
• Coordinate drawing printing, distribution, retrieval, and document control to ensure latest versions are used.
• Interpret schematics, connections, symbols, and enlarged drawings to support construction needs.
• Coordinate with engineering, BIM, and site teams to resolve discrepancies and respond to RFIs.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings reflecting site conditions.
• Organize final drawings and technical docs for project handover.
• Conduct periodic site visits to verify drawing requirements and assist in coordination.
