The CAD Drawer role in Jakarta, Indonesia, focuses on preparing, revising, and managing technical construction drawings for MEP and civil/structural projects. You will ensure drawings are construction-ready, aligned with BIM models, and reflect site conditions with periodic site visits to clarify details.

You will collaborate with engineering, BIM, and construction teams to maintain accuracy, manage revision records, and support project execution at the PIK office.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum SMK/SMA or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• 2–3 years of CAD drafting or technical drawing experience in construction/MEP projects.
• Hands-on AutoCAD experience for floor plans, sections, and shop drawings.
• Experience with drawing revisions, document registers, and distribution management.
• Good English for business communication; reading Chinese drawings is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Prepare MEP and civil/structural floor plans, sections, and system schematics using AutoCAD.
• Develop shop drawings for openings, embedded components, and hanger layouts.
• Revise drawings per design changes and maintain revision records.
• Maintain drawing registers, numbering, issuance dates, and distribution.
• Coordinate printing, distribution, and document control for latest versions.
• Interpret schematics and technical symbols to support installation needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, BIM, and site teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings reflecting site conditions.
• Organize final drawings and technical docs for handover.
