Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a detail‑oriented CAD Drawer to support construction projects in Jakarta. The role focuses on preparing, revising, and managing technical construction drawings for MEP and civil/structural works, aligned with engineering designs and BIM models.

The successful candidate will work from the PIK office, collaborating with engineering, BIM, and site teams, and will participate in periodic site visits to clarify technical details and ensure drawings reflect on‑site

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of CAD drafting or technical drawing experience in construction or MEP projects
• Experience preparing MEP and civil/structural drawings
• Experience managing drawing revisions and document registers
• Familiarity with coordinating drawing updates with BIM and site teams
• Strong knowledge of drawing standards and plotting specifications
• Good reading of English technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Prepare MEP and civil/structural drawings using AutoCAD
• Develop shop drawings for openings, embedded components, and supports
• Revise drawings per design changes and site conditions
• Maintain drawing registers, revision history, and distribution
• Coordinate printing, distribution, and document control
• Interpret schematics and technical symbols for construction needs
• Coordinate with engineering, BIM, and site teams to resolve discrepancies
• Prepare as-built drawings reflecting site modifications
• Organize final drawings and documentation for handover
• Conduct site visits to verify drawing requirements
