Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a detail-oriented CAD Drawer to support construction projects in Jakarta. The role focuses on preparing, revising, and managing technical drawings for MEP and civil/structural systems, ensuring they are construction-ready and aligned with BIM models and site conditions.

Based at the PIK office, you will collaborate with engineering, BIM, and construction teams, perform periodic site visits, manage revisions, and ensure the latest drawings are used on site.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years CAD drafting experience in construction/MEP projects.
• Hands-on AutoCAD for floor plans, sections, and shop drawings.
• Experience managing revisions, registers, and distribution.
• Familiar with coordinating updates with engineering/BIM teams.
• English business communication; reading Chinese drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MEP and civil/structural drawings and shop drawings in AutoCAD.
• Develop detailed drawings for openings, embeds, supports, and hangers.
• Revise drawings per design changes and maintain revision records.
• Maintain drawing registers, numbers, issues, and distribution.
• Coordinate drawing printing, distribution, and document control.
• Interpret schematics and technical details for construction needs.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies with engineering, BIM, and site teams.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings reflecting site conditions.
• Organize final drawings and documentation for handover.
