Job summary

PT Sinar Jernih Suksesindo is seeking a Membership Relation Officer in Jakarta Utara to deliver friendly and professional service to members, manage membership records, and support engagement initiatives. The role involves handling inquiries, processing registrations, renewals, and data changes, and supporting payment processes.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of a D3/S1, GPA 3.0, 1 year in customer service or membership service, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in any field, preferably Hospitality, Communication, or Management.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service, Front Office, or Membership Service
• Experience in fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle industry is an advantage
• Good communication skills and ability to handle customer complaints professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Good administrative and documentation skills
• Familiar with WhatsApp Business and Instagram for customer/member communication
• Able to work in teams, coordinate across departments, multitask and problem solve

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to members and handle questions, requests, and complaints
• Manage membership administration, including registration, renewal, data changes, and membership status
• Assist with payment administration processes and create daily and monthly reports
• Conduct member follow-up to increase membership retention and provide information about promotions, events, and fitness programs
• Manage communication with members via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and telephone
• Support event execution and member activities and collect feedback for evaluation
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and related departments to ensure optimal member service
