Job summary

Center for Indonesia's Strategic Development Initiatives (CISDI) leads the technical design, strengthening, testing, and scale-up of community systems and community-based service delivery. The Lead ensures integration with primary and referral services and collaborates with digital health and policy teams.

The role requires strong leadership, a public health background, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English to guide cross-functional teams and engage government and partners effectively.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 5+ years in health systems strengthening or related field.
• Experience designing, strengthening, testing, adapting, or scaling community health services.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia's health system or comparable settings.
• Excellent written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the design, strengthening, testing, refinement, institutionalisation, and scale-up of community systems and community-based service delivery approaches.
• Owns the technical direction, quality, and standards for Community Systems & Service Delivery components implemented by teams.
• Coordinate across matrix functions (MERL, Knowledge Management, Policy & Advocacy, Communications, Finance & Administration).
• Translate models of care into workable community-level delivery arrangements and ensure alignment with broader continuum of care.
