Job summary

APRIL is seeking an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation leader to strengthen community development initiatives in Indonesia. You will design M&E systems, oversee budgets, and manage dashboards and reports to track impact across programs.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of MLE/CD reporting experience, strong analytical and communication skills in English and Bahasa, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including communities and government bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with MLE experience.
• 7–10 years in Monitoring & Evaluation and CD reporting, with budget planning understanding.
• Proven skills in program monitoring and evaluation.
• Analytical thinking, project controlling, familiar with program and budget planning.
• Familiar with LFA/ToC, ISO26000, GRI, IFC Standards, and SROI.
• Interpersonal, written and oral communication; English and Bahasa reporting.
• Experience with diverse stakeholders: communities, government, NGOs advantageous.
• Willing to relocate to Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.

Responsibilities

• Design sharing knowledge, monitoring and evaluation systems of all APRIL Community Development initiatives.
• Oversee and participate in the development and administration of the budget.
• Review and process planning applications and manage the dashboard and report.
• Ensure compliance with appropriate laws, codes, regulations, and ordinances.
• Manage and track goals and metrics, as well monitor and provide advice on emerging and current community issues and proposed directions.
• Provide quality, timely and accurate advice, information and reports as required.
