Job summary

Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah Group is seeking an experienced Medical Records Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Medical Records Unit, ensuring accurate documentation, storage, retrieval, and data management in a busy hospital setting.

This leadership role requires a Diploma in Medical Records, 5+ years in hospital records with 3+ in leadership, strong Excel and analytical skills, and excellent English for coordination with teams across departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Medical Records / Health Information Management.
• At least 5 years in hospital Medical Records, with 3+ in leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Medical Records Unit, ensuring effective management of medical records, including documentation, storage, retrieval, and data management.
• Develop and evaluate Medical Records systems, policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with hospital requirements.
• Prepare and analyze medical records and hospital service data to support reporting, planning, and management decision-making.
• Plan and manage the unit’s staffing and operational resources to ensure effective service delivery.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Medical Records team, including task allocation and day-to-day work coordination.
