Job summary

Bosch is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to expand distributor and retail networks in Medan and surrounding areas. You will drive new business, forecast demand, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate order execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience in building materials or FMCG, excellent English, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in Building Material or FMCG.
• Proficient English (spoken and written).
• Has a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Based in or near Medan.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers (Distributors, Retail, Modern Retail) in target areas.
• Plan, track, and follow up on sales orders; forecast customer demand and plan accounts.
• Ensure timely payments and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with internal sales admin to ensure on-time delivery and proper SLA.
• Maintain regular customer visits to support marketing activities and push sales information.
• Handle after-sales issues including warranty and product returns.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to assess distribution breadth and depth.
• Work with Product Marketing to develop the right product mix for the market.
• Develop business plans for the territory.
