Job summary

OPPO Indonesia seeks an entry-level Mechatronics/automation engineer to lead digitalization projects and cross-functional initiatives in Tangerang. You will plan, execute, and monitor programs spanning PLC, automation, and digital platforms, driving continuous improvement.

Fresh graduates are welcome; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The role includes developing the BPM Digital & Technology Internship Program and reporting on KPI impacts.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in project leadership, innovation, automation, or digitalization is a plus.
• Good knowledge of PLC programming, control systems, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Understanding of Project Management, Innovation Management, and Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of IoT, Digital Platforms, or Smart Manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Result-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital & Innovation initiatives and strategic projects to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Manage project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation based on targets, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and implement projects in Mechatronic Engineering, PLC & Automation, Digital Platforms, and 3D Simulation.
• Drive digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration.
• Promote an Innovation Culture through programs, training, and improvement activities.
• Develop the BPM Digital & Technology Internship Program and support digital talent development.
• Prepare project reports covering progress, KPI achievements, and business impact.
