Electrum is seeking a Mechanics Trainer Associate in Jakarta to develop mechanic capability through structured technical and practical training. You will deliver sessions, assess competencies, and coach trainees to improve workshop performance and service quality.

You will work with workshop, operations, and technical stakeholders to ensure training aligns with Electrum standards and safety requirements, while maintaining accurate training documentation.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in automotive/mechanical/technical field required or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical inspection, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Prepared to work in workshop or field-operations environments.
• Proficient with basic productivity tools including presentations and spreadsheets.

Mansioni

• Deliver classroom, technical, and hands-on training for mechanics and operational personnel.
• Prepare training materials, exercises, job aids, checklists, and assessments.
• Conduct competency assessments and provide coaching to trainees.
• Coordinate with workshop and operations to identify training needs and priorities.
• Maintain training records including attendance, completion, and feedback.
