Job summary

PT Euroasiatic Jaya is seeking a Mechanical Service Technician (Engine) to troubleshoot, maintain, and commission gas or diesel engines. You will handle start-up/shutdown, work with mechanical tools, and prepare detailed service reports while coordinating with customers during testing.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, professional English fluency, and familiarity with JENBACHER/ MTU engines. Office located in BSD, South Tangerang with travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma Degree of Mechanical Engineer.
• Have min. 2 years of experience as an Mechanical Service Technician (Engine) or related area.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, must graduated from Mechanical Engineer.
• Prior professional experience with reciprocating engines preferred.
• Professional English fluency.
• Familiar with JENBACHER products for gas engines or MTU products for diesel engines.

Responsibilities

As an Mechanical Service Technician (Engine), you will be responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning of gas or diesel engines. You will ensure engines are properly adjusted and perform start-up and shutdown operations in both manual and automatic modes. Key tasks include working with mechanical tools, using software and control systems to download parameters, and providing detailed work and service reports. You will collaborate with customers during testing and troubleshooting, participate in continuous improvement efforts, and ensure all processes follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and safety standards.
